Lot Porter
Overview

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance with parking or lot inquiries
Safely maneuver RVs and trailers using manual transmission vehicles to park or retrieve units in designated areas
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including trash removal and minor landscaping tasks
Assist with checking in and out RVs, ensuring proper documentation and cash handling procedures are followed
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to coordinate parking assignments and lot activities
Support delivery drivers by guiding them to appropriate parking spots or unloading areas
Monitor lot safety by conducting regular inspections of parking areas, fences, and signage to ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus
Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members
Ability to perform basic retail math for cash handling and cashiering duties
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or dealership environments is beneficial but not required

Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts; manual dexterity required for vehicle maneuvering

RV Walk Through Specialist
Overview
The RV Walk Through Specialist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This individual is responsible for walking customers through the features and operations of their new RV, inspecting trade-ins and new inventory, and transporting units as needed. If you love working with people, enjoy being around RVs, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough and informative RV walk-throughs at the time of customer delivery
Clearly explain RV features, functions, safety tips, and maintenance basics
Answer customer questions and ensure they are confident operating their RV
Transport RVs to and from lot locations, service bays, or delivery sites as needed
Perform inspections of incoming new units and trade-ins for functionality and condition
Identify and document any service needs or cosmetic issues for technician follow-up
Ensure all RVs are clean, prepped, and ready for presentation or customer pickup
Work closely with sales, service, and lot staff to maintain accurate scheduling and smooth workflow
Uphold company standards for professionalism, customer care, and product knowledge
Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of RV operations or mechanical systems (training available)
Ability to drive RVs safely (training provided; CDL not typically required)
Experience in RV service, lot tech work, or delivery coordination a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experienced RV Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicle systems and components. Your expertise will ensure our customers’ RVs are safe, reliable, and ready for their next adventure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and engine components using automotive diagnostic tools.
Conduct repairs and maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and brake repairs with precision and efficiency.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and heavy lifting to complete repairs effectively.
Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and automotive electrical components to identify issues accurately.
Repair or replace major mechanical parts including diesel engines, transmissions, axles, shocks & struts, and HVAC systems.
Perform vehicle assembly or disassembly tasks for repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of all repair procedures and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s condition and recommended services.
Skills
Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive or RV repair environments.

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting and repair; experience with automotive electrical wiring is essential.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices, and other maintenance tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, alignments, suspension work, brake repair, HVAC servicing, and plumbing systems.
Experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment repairs is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs.
